His journey offers a rare, multi-industry perspective on reinvention and staying power.

Joseph Tan has spent 20 years as an Agency Leader and Chartered Financial Consultant, an MDRT member throughout, building trust and consistency in financial services over the decades.

Together, they'll share honest stories about the risks they took, the setbacks they faced, and what it really means to build a path of your own.
