Absolutely no spots are reserved without deposit paid.
Rules and Stipulations for the Tournament.
1. This tournament is not USBC sanctioned. All rules governing tournament play through the USBC rules book apply. Two PBA members can bowl together, but only one PBA member in the Top 40 in points after 2025 TOC or has won a National PBA title in the last 5 years will be allowed per team.
2. Tournament is limited to the first 96 paid entries. Entries are received on a first come first serve paid basis.
3. Entry fee is $500 per team, a $250 deposit will be required by ALL teams to reserve your spot. Full deposit must be paid by August 10th or the spot will be given to first paid. Only money orders, cashiers checks, Venmo(Trabue74), CashApp($Trabue74), or PayPal to [email protected] as Friends/Family will be accepted for out of town bowlers. Only cash will be accepted on the day of the tournament. Prize fund is $480, lineage and expense is $20.
4. All matches will be 3-game series with a winner determined by total pinfall. If a tie exists each team will choose one bowler to bowl a 9th and 10th frame roll-off.
5. Any employee from Oil Bowl will be eligible to bowl.
6. There will be only 2 re-racks allowed per person per set unless authorized by a tournament official.
7. Lane courtesy will be 1 lane, if you need more it will be up to you to take your time. We need to stay on schedule…
8. Surface adjustments can be made during PRACTICE only or between each SQUAD.
9. Bowler’s meeting will begin at 7PM on Friday, August 29th and bowling will begin immediately after meeting. Tournament will pay 1 in every 4 entries.
10. Any out of line behavior will not be tolerated. Any such conduct can result in disqualification from tournament.
11. The tournament will be completed. We will bowl the bracket to the completion. Every team will bowl 1 round on Friday night. The time of each match will be determined by blind draw after the bowlers meeting at 7PM. We will resume bowling on Saturday morning at 9AM and continue throughout Saturday until we have completed the tournament.
