26.2: A Marathon Poster Show, presented by Visit Saint Paul
26.2: A Marathon Poster Show will feature limited-edition posters created by local artists inspired by the Most Beautiful Urban Marathon in America, the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon.
Artists, designers, illustrators, makers, and creators of all sorts are invited to create a piece inspired by the beauty of the marathon course; the sights, sounds, highlights, and landmarks that capture the spirit of the marathon and the Twin Cities community.
Posters will be available for purchase at the Poster Show Oct. 2, the Health & Fitness Expo Oct. 4-5, then available to purchase online Oct. 8-15. Artists will provide 31 18" x 24" prints (30 for sale, 1 for archives). 50% of profits from 26.2: A Marathon Poster Show will go to the non-profit mission of Twin Cities In Motion, with the other 50% going directly to the artist.
