Known primarily as a destination for fine art, 78th Street Studios has also become a thriving incubator for businesses in product design, publishing, music, and special events. It's the proud home of the THIRD FRIDAY Art Walks, a cultural collaboration that started in the early 2000s and now draws about 1,500 visitors each month.
