25k Bike - Mission48 - Delaware - NEEDS UPDATED

Join Kelsey Lensman on her 37TH STOP at Brandywine Bikes in DELAWARE on October 7th, 2023 for a 25k bike (see below). You can join the workout with her and the Wilmington community for the memorable day.

This is a FREE event for those of ALL ages & ALL fitness levels. There is a max capacity, so register soon to ensure you get a spot on this memorable day.

Event Day Details

• Saturday, October 7th, 2023
• Time: 10a EST start time (estimated 10a-12p)
• Brandywine Bikes: 3703 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE 19803
• Participants will be advised to arrive around 9:30a for warm-ups and explanation of the biking for a 10a start time

Event Workout Details - 25k Bike - UPDATE THIS

• 25k bike (15.5 miles)
• 400-500ft elevation
• Rated "moderate" on all trails with a 4.6 star rating

Scalable Options

Intermediate A/B. - Perform 15k bike (9.3 miles)

Beginner - Perform 10k bike (6.2 miles)

1-Mile Walk with Denise

• Walk one mile with Denise, a part of our M48 road team, where she will walk a mile in every single state

ALL AGES & ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME! If this is out of your "comfort zone" or you question, "Can I really do this?" this is EXACTLY for you. Step out of your comfort zone, do hard things together, and sign-up for this event!

ABOUT MISSION48

Kelsey Lensman is completing Mission48 that will begin on September 1st, 2023 where she will complete 48 fitness competitions in 48 states in 48 days to inspire girls and women to step out of their comfort zone and show themselves they are stronger than they think by building true self-confidence. During it, she will bring awareness to ROX, Ruling Our Experiences, a 501c(3) that has 20-week programs in schools for young girls teaching them about self-confidence, body image, and leadership skills. It's an amazing charity!
