Get Ready for the 250th 4th of July Comedy Special!

Join us for a night of laughs at "WTF IS A KILOMETER?"

When: July 4th, 2026, 8:00-9:30pm

Where: Aura Bar & Lounge, Friendship Heights, DC

Why: Because the comics will be dressed as the Founding Fathers and wearing actual powdered wigs. It’s what Washington would have wanted.

Mix it up this 4th! Come laugh at the Brits, declare independence from sobriety with Aura's drink specials, and get your laughs in before the night sky lights up.

Note on Fireworks: We wrap at 9:30 PM sharp—giving you plenty of time to step outside and catch the DC fireworks!

We tried to convince the city to let us set off fireworks DURING the show, but they kept saying something about "fire code violations" and "God save King George", so guess who's tea is going into the harbor next...
