Football & cheer ages: 4-12 (age cut off july 31, 2025)
League style: FLAG 6U * TACKLE 8U * 10U * 12u
WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS (12U * 10U * 8U ONLY)
Football max: 20 football players per age group
CHEER max: 15 CHEERLEADERS per age group
Coaches screened & trained * practice three times a week
ONE (1) jamboree game * 7 game season * every team makes playoffs
All games played on saturday
Game times: 8:00A * 9:00A * 10:30A * 12:00N
STANDINGS * POWER RANKINGS * stats * all-star game
Super bowl rings: winning players, CHEERLEADERS & staff

What is the XFL's Refund Policy?
No refunds will be granted for cheerleaders/football players who are placed to XFL teams. XFL has a strict no refund policy, as outlined on the Cheer/Player Application and within the XFL online registration pages. Once a person registers the league begins to immediately incur cost, and our overall cost per cheerleader/player is well in excess of the registration fee. As a non-profit organization XFL must adhere to our no refund policy in order to sustain ongoing operations.
