In this 25-hour training, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to guide students safely and knowledgeably through pregnancy and postpartum. Rooted in evidence-based anatomy, breathwork, and functional movement, this training goes beyond modifications, it equips you to effectively prepare students for childbirth and support their recovery with intelligence and care. You’ll learn how to create empowering, inclusive classes that honor the physical, emotional, and energetic changes of the perinatal journey, so you can hold space for your students with both skill and heart.
Prerequisite:
Completion of a 200-hour foundational yoga teacher training is required. This training is designed for yoga instructors who want to expand their knowledge to include the pregnant population and/or teach perinatal-specific classes.
Schedule:October 4 & 5, and October 11 & 12 | 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Additional Requirement:
~5 hours of prenatal class attendance required to reach the 25-hour total
What to bring: Training supplies will be provided on the first day of training. Just bring yourself, a journal, and a pen.

About Your Facilitator:
Kelly Dalrymple has been teaching yoga for nearly a decade, guiding students through practices that are both deeply grounding and intelligently designed. As the lead facilitator of multiple 200-hour yoga teacher trainings, she brings a wealth of experience in both the art and methodology of teaching.
Since 2019, Kelly has also been immersed in the birth world as a birth doula and educator, supporting families through the process of bringing little humans into the world. She teaches private and public perinatal yoga classes, blending evidence-based movement, meditation techniques, and dedicated breath practice to help parents feel empowered.
Her teaching is rooted in a deep respect for the wisdom and intelligence of the body and nature, qualities she brings into every aspect of this training to ensure teachers leave feeling confident and inspired to work with new parents.
