This 3-day intensive is designed for Yoga Teachers and Yoga Students desiring to deepen their practice, improve flexibility and mobility in a safe and therapeutic way, understand the benefits of a functional yoga practice, explore skeletal variations and create stillness in body and mind. Each trainee will learn how to adapt postures for their body in order to experience optimal benefits. This training also includes a bonus sound healing 101 lesson where you will have the opportunity to play crystal & brass bowls, chimes, gong and drums.
