This immersive workshop is a guided journey into clarity, values, desire, and embodied creation. Through reflection, embodiment, and movement, you’ll be supported to clarify what truly matters to you, articulate what you want to call into your life, and begin living the inner state that allows those desires to manifest.
Rooted in Tantra as a path of presence and embodiment (Osho Neo Tantra Lineage), this event weaves together structured self-inquiry, guided practices, and group field support. The focus is not on forcing outcomes, but on aligning with your values, passions, and inner quality of being — so that life can meet you from that place.
This experience is suitable for those new to this work as well as those with prior meditation or embodiment experience.
What to Expect:
-Guided self-inquiry to clarify your core values (based on the Demartini Value Determination Process®)
-Embodied practices to access desire, passion, and inner alignment
-A clear, practical approach to manifestation through The Great Law of Magic
-Time for individual reflection supported by the group field
-Gentle sharing spaces (always optional, no advice-giving)
A deep closing movement meditation to integrate the day and anchor your intentions into the body (A take-home meditation practice to continue working with throughout the year)
Most of the day is focused on your own inner process, with guidance throughout. Group sharing is present but balanced — you are not required to speak if you don’t wish to.

The event will be predominantly held in English. If Czech-only participants are present, the event will be facilitated bilingually (English/Czech).
Important Information & Disclosures
Teacher & child presence:
The facilitator is a mother to a 3-month-old baby boy, Kai, and is passionate about showing that spiritual practice and soul calling do not need to be abandoned in parenthood. Her son will be present at the venue with his father, who will be available to take him to a quiet room whenever needed, ensuring the main space remains supported and focused.
Attending with children:
Babysitting is not provided. A quiet room is available at the venue. If you attend with a child, please let us know in advance and be prepared to tag-team with your partner if needed.
During the final 1-hour meditation:
-Older children may participate if they wish
-Younger children may need to be carried in a wrap, spend time in the quiet room with a partner, or leave early, as this is the final practice of the day
Event format:
This is a guided, embodied experience with significant time for personal reflection and practice. While there are moments of group sharing, the majority of the event is self-directed within a held and supportive group field. Practicing in community helps deepen focus, presence, and integration, making it easier to access clarity than when practicing alone at home.
What to Bring:
-A notebook and pen (coloured pens welcome; paper will be provided if needed)
-A blindfold or scarf (optional but recommended)
-Optional altar offering (flowers, fruit, small treats, non-toxic incense, or a candle in a holder). You are also welcome to bring a small personal item for the shared altar, which you can take home afterward.
About the Facilitator:
Anurasa is a Tantra Essence teacher and embodiment facilitator, offering grounded, accessible spaces that bridge conscious reflection, lived practice, and real-life integration. Her work supports people to align with their values, listen deeply to their inner guidance, and live with greater clarity, presence, and authenticity — in work, relationships, and everyday life.
Anurasa is a Tantra teacher, hypnotherapist, and facilitator devoted to embodied aliveness, emotional healing, and conscious intimacy. Currently based in Prague, she is passionate about spreading the work of Tantra Essence (Osho–Sarita lineage) throughout Europe — helping people remember the sacredness of being human.
A mother and teacher at heart, she lives what she shares: that spirituality and parenthood are not opposites, but deeply complementary paths. For her, motherhood is not a sacrifice, but a surrender into love — an initiation into the ebb and flow of life itself. Through this lived experience, she inspires others to bring Tantra into everyday reality — into the way we love, parent, communicate, and breathe.
Her journey has woven together many worlds: from working with vulnerable youth and leading community projects, to teaching Latin dance in London and later running a hypnotherapy clinic. In 2019 she followed an inner call to Bali, where she met Ma Ananda Sarita and found home in the path of Tantra. Years of intensive training and assisting followed, alongside deep personal healing and transformation.
Today, Anurasa shares this lineage with grounded authenticity and heartfelt presence. Her teaching invites people to embrace their emotions, awaken body intelligence, and rediscover that joy, love, and awareness can coexist — even in the chaos of modern life. For her, Tantra is not about escape from the world, but a return to it, fully and tenderly alive.
