Decorated boats will meet at 5:30 PM on Turkey Creek in front of Palm Bay Marina. The boat parade will head east past Palm Bay Point to the mouth of the Indian River and turn around heading in a line back up Turkey Creek towards Port Malabar Blvd. Boaters turn your VHF to channel 71.
