About this Event
Welcome to the 24th Annual Nonprofit Partners Conference!
Hosted by the UCF School of Public Administration Nonprofit Advisory Board, join us as we focus on using innovation to solve problems in the public sector. In a world where unpredictability is the only constant, nonprofit organizations are being called to lead with agility, purpose, and bold thinking.
This year’s theme — Dealing with Uncertainty Through Innovation — brings together mission-driven professionals from across sectors to share real stories and real solutions that transform today’s uncertainty into tomorrow’s opportunity.
Whether you're a board member shaping direction, a program manager, staff navigating challenges firsthand, or a volunteer, this event offers a space to share what’s working, challenge assumptions, and co-create innovative pathways forward in times of uncertainty.
Let’s reimagine what’s possible—together—with Real Stories, Real Solutions.
Conference tracks
In a time of rapid change and rising community needs, innovative leadership and effective implementation are more essential than ever. This year’s conference tracks offer a dual lens: one that examines bold strategies at the board and management level, and another that highlights the practical realities of putting those strategies into action. Together, these tracks create space for shared learning, creative problem-solving, and deeper alignment across roles and systems
Board and Management Track - focus on innovation, creativity, and collaboration to address changing times.
The Board & Management Track will explore how to strengthen partnerships, build trust-based collaboration, and reimagine governance structures to reflect community priorities. Sessions will explore innovative approaches to strengthening board engagement, fostering alignment across leadership levels, and deepening community connections.
Integration and Implementation Track - addresses the real stories of how solutions are put into practice. The Integration & Implementation Track focuses on operationalizing innovation—where staff and volunteers collaborate in the field, break down silos, and align systems for impact.
Topics explore real-world approaches to cross-sector collaboration, scalable volunteer management models, and adaptive infrastructure to support frontline work. Participants will engage in skill-building opportunities and intentional networking to deepen practice, highlight innovation, and build sustainable partnerships.
