248th Aviation Support Battalion 2022 Dining Out

We invite the entire Iowa Army Aviation community, past and present, to join us for a formal banquet recognizing the outstanding contributions of all our members. Bring your guest(s) and join us for a night of fine dining, music, and memories!

The 248th ASB Dining Out will take place on Saturday, August 27, and will be hosted at the West Des Moines Marriott (1250 Jordan Creek Parkway, West Des Moines, IA).

Planned features include fine dining, cash bar, live music, dance floor, and an honorable guest speaker. A professional photographer will be onsite for anyone wanting commemorative photos.

Main course selections include steak, chicken, and salmon. All meals include sides of Dauphinoise potatoes with roasted mixed vegetable medley, and double berry short cake with whipped cream or vanilla cheese cake for dessert.

Hotel rooms at a special rate are available for reservation until Saturday, August 6. The is $149/night under 'Iowa Army National Guard' by calling West Des Moines Marriott reservations (+1.515.267.1500).

Uniform is the Army Service Uniform (ASU) w/ bowtie, Mess Dress, Army Green Service Uniform ("pinks and greens"), and formal attire for civilians.
