Learn the art of QiGong with instructor David Jakubowski. Held at our Center every Monday evening from 5:30-6:30 starting in March, 24 Posture Therapeutic QiGong invites you to unlock the secrets of ancient Chinese healing practices.
Attendees will learn the following:
-Proper deep breathing
-Complete body relaxation
-Unlocking all the joints in the body
-Movement of Qi (energy) throughout the body
-A deep meditative state
