Most business owners have never actually mapped out their own setup. You've got a website somewhere. Email running through someone. Your customer list sitting in a couple of places maybe a spreadsheet, maybe an app a past employee set up. It works, mostly. Until the day you need to change something, log in to something, or carry on without the person who "handles all that."
This first workshop is about answering one simple question honestly: where do I actually stand?
This is a working session where you take stock of your own business what you've got, what you own, what you're paying for, and what's quietly putting you at risk and leave with a clear picture instead of a vague worry.
Why this comes first
You can't take control of what you can't see. Before you improve your website, automate your admin, or grow your online presence, you need to know what you're standing on. Most owners discover they're more exposed than they thought a domain registered in someone else's name, customer data they can't fully access, subscriptions they forgot they had, a single person who holds all the keys.
