LOCATION: Devanadi Yoga – 4401 Upton Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55410 (+ Livestream on ZOOM if needed)
FORMAT: LIVE + LIVESTREAM: This program meets TUESDAYS + 3 Weekends with the concurrent FALL WEEKEND Program over 8 months and is set to run in-person with the option to participate virtually livestream via Zoom.
SCHEDULE: Meets 9:30-2:30pm on the following dates:
• 2024: SEPT: 24 | OCT: 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 | NOV: 5, 12, 19, 26 | DEC: 3, 10, 17
• 2025: JAN: 7, 14, 21, 28 | FEB: 4, 11, 18, 25 | MAR: 4, 11, 18, 25 | APR: 1, 7, 15, 22
Plus 3 Weekends with the Fall Weekend Group – Fri 6-9pm, Sat/Sun: 8am–6pm:
1. Sept 20-22, 2024 – Kick off weekend with Fall Weekend group
2. Feb 14-16, 2025 – Guest Teacher Weekend: Experiential Anatomy, Intro to Sanskrit, Intro to Teaching Prenatal Yoga, Business of Yoga
3. Apr 25-27, 2025 – Graduation weekend with Fall Weekend group
+ Yoga In Action Workshop: Sat, March 8, 9-12pm CST (on ZOOM)
