For one night only, celebrate by the waterfront with our annual anniversary buffet. The centrepiece: a 50kg Japanese bluefin tuna carved live into all-you-can-eat akame, chutoro and otoro sashimi, maki and handrolls.
Other highlights include:
– A5 Black Wagyu cooked three ways, guided by Wagyu expert Shuto Yuno
– Unlimited oysters from the USA, France and Japan, plus snow crab legs and live prawns
