For years, our meetup during the Canton Fair has brought the right people together — and this is the 21st edition. It's a relaxed evening by the Pearl River: no agenda, no presentations, no sales pitches. Just real conversations with the people who actually source and trade in Asia.
What to expect
An informal get-together at JoJo's Riverside, right at Party Pier with views of the Guangzhou skyline. Meet buyers, traders, and e-commerce entrepreneurs, swap experiences from the fair, and talk directly with the ASIAPRO team on the ground. No program, no name-tag networking — you decide who you talk to and what about.
Who this event is for
This meetup is exclusively for retailers, importers, and buyers — people who purchase products in Asia for their own business.

This is not an event for sourcing agents, inspection or QC companies, freight forwarders, consultants, or any other service suppliers. We keep the room focused on buyers so everyone can talk openly, without being pitched. We kindly ask service providers to refrain from registering.
