About this Event

Join Kansas City PBS and the University of Central Missouri for the 21st Annual Technology Conference. This free, full-day professional development event brings together educators from across the region for timely insights and practical strategies at the intersection of technology and learning. The conference is generously supported by the University of Central Missouri’s College of Education.

Designed for teachers, administrators, media specialists, technology coordinators, curriculum directors, and education professionals of all kinds, this year’s theme, Tech-Ability, focuses on building confidence and capacity in using technology to support today’s classrooms.

The program features a full schedule of engaging breakout sessions and a keynote address from Mark Henderson, Director of AI Strategy & Services at the Missouri School Boards’ Association. Sessions will explore topics ranging from digital safety to AI in education and practical approaches to integrating technology across learning environments.

Doors open at 8:30 AM, and lunch will be provided. While the event is free, registration is required.

  • You Don’t Have to Know It All: Building Tech-Ability in the Library
