Please join us Thanksgiving morning at Ottawa Park for the 21st Annual Neary Turkey Trot.
We will meet in the parking lot off Kenwood Blvd. (near the shelter house) around 7:30-7:45 AM. There will be a 5k run and 5k or 1.5 mile walk. The run and walk options will all begin at 8:00 AM.
We will continue the tradition of providing Thanksgiving and Christmas meals to local families in need. In lieu of an entry fee, we are asking for monetary donations to help purchase those meals. Any donation that you can make, no matter the amount, will be greatly appreciated and very helpful.
Last year, we were able to provide over 50 families with meals at Thanksgiving and Christmas. We hope to feed just as many families this year.
Please join us on Thanksgiving morning even if you are not able to donate this year.
Any donations that can be sent in advance are helpful, as this allows us to plan to feed a maximum number of families.
