Join Support Connection and Golf Outing Host Club Fit, for our 21st Annual Golf Outing on Monday, June 1, 2026, at Hollow Brook Golf Club in Cortlandt Manor, NY. ⛳It will be an epic day out on the course, followed by a fun cocktail hour and dinner reception, opportunities to win great prizes, and an inspirational award ceremony.
At the golf outing, Support Connection will be presenting the Community Champion Award to Dawn’s Ray of Hope for its unwavering dedication in the fight against cancer, continuing the efforts of Dawn Re before she lost her own brave battle with the disease. With Dawn's Ray of Hope's generous donations over the years, Support Connection honors Dawn’s life by offering support and giving hope to women impacted by cancer. This award will be accepted by John Re and Mike Wolfensohn.
All proceeds raised from the Golf Outing go towards funding our FREE breast, ovarian, and other gynecological cancer support services.
