Let's come together again and practice the art of ceremony and conscious dance.
We will sing, pray and dance, go wild, be ecstatic and express ourselves. The heart power of mama cacao will support us.

🔥 Cacao Ceremony
The cacao ceremony will include elements of different traditions from south american plant medicine work and european shamanic traditions, like calling the spirits, praying and singing.
🔥 Dance Wave
The dance wave is based on the healing dance practice of 5Rhythms. These five rhythms are "Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness."

. If you feel like dressing up, colorful ceremonial is recommended
. Layers (poncho/blanket) to wear for chillout.
. Comfortable and warm clothes (stretchy dancing shirt, sweatshirt and jogging pants). The hall has a nice floor and is amazing for being barefoot, but as it's connected to earth directly and ground is chilly please bring dancing shoes, thick socks or double socks.
