21+ Night - Soldered Forever Frames: Dream Alchemy

In this workshop, you'll learn how to use soft soldering and copper foil stained glass techniques to build a forever frame. The frame will hold a dream that you have for the future, written in your handwriting, as if it were already real. We'll decorate them with little charms, beads, and bells* to reflect joy back to you. The goal of this shared moment will be to perform a small alchemy for a brighter, better, more compassionate future for ourselves and others. Everything hurts right now but our future will still be bright - just come to this event ready to dream as big as you can!***You can BYO tiny add-ons that can be strung through a jump ring. Must be smaller than 1" and have a hole through it already. We might not be able to attach it but we will try!***

It's Alchemy, Baby! Cosmik Jest is the stained glass-based art practice of Alex Neal. Their work is an exploration of identity and the tension built up and broken down along the way. Sometimes playful, sometimes uncomfortable, all times honest.
