Fasting
Fasting helps us draw closer to God by removing distractions and renewing our hearts. Choose the fast that works for you:
Full Fast: Liquids only
Daniel Fast: No meat, sweets, or bread
Partial Fast: 6 AM–3 PM or sunup to sundown
