About this Event
Class introduction to the Challenge is offered on Saturday, January 7, 10am - 11:30am (participants must attend)
It’s the New Year! And a new beginning to develop inner peace. Join along with our practical guide to meditation with the 21 Day meditation challenge and commit to a meditation practice everyday for 21 days. Learn all the details at our workshop on January 7th. Keep yourself accountable and notice a new you (in a good way) on January 27! Stick around for Introduction to Lamrim Retreat 12:00-1:30pm.
