Get ready to inspire, connect, and lead at the Elevate and Empower Summit 2027! The annual conference for the Texas Women Leading Government Gulf Coast Chapter conference.
Join us in person for an inspiring experience packed with dynamic speakers, interactive sessions, and networking opportunities. See our agenda photo below for speakers and topics. Breakfast and lunch are provided with a great panel discussion occuring during lunch.

Register today and get the early bird discount (ends 12/1). For non-chapter members, early bird tickets are $150. Chapter members - check your email for a discount code to use.
If you are registrating five (5) or more attendees at the same time you can use the Group discount of "GROUP5" for $5 off per attendee.
If you are needing to register a group of 30 people or more, contact us directly via email. There is a discount group code of $25 off per attendee but the registration will need to be handled separately.
Membership has its advantages so, before you register, visit Texas Women Leading Government - Gulf Coast Chapter Membership to be sure your membership is up to date! If you are not a member, now is a great time to join. You do not have to be a member to attend the conference.

Breakfast will be available during registration, starting at 7:45 a.m. The Summitt welcome will begin at 8:15 sharp and we will finish around 3:30 p.m. The attire will be casual and comfortable!
The mission of the Texas Women Leading Government's Gulf Coast Texas Chapter is to empower women to succeed in public service through mentoring and professional development and provide programming and opportunities to the region.
To aid in this and serve other women, we will again be hosting a donation drive benefiting Dress for Success Houston! . Make sure to round up your gently used bags and clothes and bring them along to the conference. Let's make an impact and help other professional women succeed.
Event is being held at the new Jimmy Burke Activity Center (JBAC) in the City of Deer Park. The new JBAC opened this past May 2026 and is a 48,370 square foot facility plus a separate museum that will open later. There is plenty of free parking for the event.
