Program Details - Part I: Strategic Organization Design Workshop

March 2-5, 2027

Continental breakfast will be served each day starting at 8:00 a.m. The workshop will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 2. Lunch will be served each day, with various breaks throughout the day. The session will conclude on Friday, March 5, at 11:30 a.m. There will also be a hosted reception on Tuesday, March 2; participants are on their own for dinner on all other nights.

• Tuesday 8:30 - 5:00 p.m.
• Wednesday: 8:30 - 5:00 p.m.
• Thursday: 8:30 - 5:00 p.m.
• Friday: 8:30 -11:30 a.m.

Program Details - Part II: Strategic Organization Design Activation Workshop

May 25-27, 2027

Continental breakfast will be served each day starting at 8:00 a.m. The workshop will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 25. Lunch will be served daily at noon, with various breaks in between. The session will conclude on Thursday, May 27, at 3:00 p.m.

• Tuesday 8:30 - 5:00 p.m.
• Wednesday 8:30 - 5:00 p.m.
• Thursday: 8:30 -11:45 a.m.

Refunds and Cancellations

Org Design Certificate & Org Design - Part I

• On or before 2/4/27, the cancellation fee is $250.00.
• From 2/5/27 to 2/22/27, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
• Registration fees are non-refundable for cancellations received after 2/23/27 and for no-shows.

Org Design Activation - Part II

• On or before 4/30/27, the cancellation fee is $250.00.
• From 5/1/27 to 5/17/27, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
• Registration fees are non-refundable for cancellations received after 5/18/27 and for no-shows.
