🚌 St. Augustine, Florida — March 12–14, 2027 🌴☀️
💲 Cost: $260 per person

⚠️ Important payment information:
We will not send individual payment reminders for trips. Please set a reminder to have your remaining balance paid by January 26th.
Any seats that are not paid in full by the deadline will be released and resold beginning January 27th. Deposits will not be refunded or transferred to another trip.
This is a red-eye trip, which means no hotel is needed! We’ll travel overnight, spend the entire day exploring St. Augustine, and travel home overnight.

📍 ESTIMATED ITINERARY
Friday, March 12th
3:30 PM — Meet to load the bus in Lexington, KY
5:00 PM — Meet to load the bus in Somerset, KY
We will create seating charts to make sure families and groups traveling together are seated next to each other.
Snack bags and bottled water will be provided! We will stop approximately every couple of hours for restroom and stretch breaks throughout the overnight drive.
Saturday, March 13th
🚿 Before arriving in St. Augustine, we will make an extended stop to allow everyone time to freshen up. We plan to be at the truck stop/rest area for approximately 1½ hours.
🌴 Estimated St. Augustine arrival: 8:00–9:00 AM
We plan to drop off near the Old City Gates. Once we arrive, you are free to explore St. Augustine on your own for the entire day!
🕘 Meet back at the bus at 8:45 PM for our return trip to Kentucky.
After leaving St. Augustine, we will make a stop so everyone can change back into comfortable clothes for the overnight bus ride home. We will continue making stops every couple of hours throughout the trip.
Sunday, March 14th

❓ CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
The $50 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you need to cancel after making additional payments, a refund will only be provided if we are able to resell your seat(s). Any refund will be minus the $50 deposit.
If you paid through PayPal or Venmo using the Goods & Services option and we were charged a processing fee, that fee will also be deducted from your refund.
If we cancel the trip, a full refund will be provided.
