SHE EVOLVED is a one-day career and leadership conference for women who are ready to grow, lead, and stay competitive in an evolving workplace.

Founded by Rachael Boone, HR leader, executive coach, and founder of BeEvolvedHR, the conference delivers practical, employer-relevant guidance grounded in real organizational challenges—including leadership readiness, career mobility, and the growing impact of AI on work and careers.

This is not a motivational event.
This is a career investment.

In 2025, we introduced Path Forward, focused on direction and alignment. The experience centered on helping women gain clarity in their careers, define their next steps, and make intentional decisions. Through guided conversations and practical sessions, attendees left with a clearer vision and a structured path forward.

In 2026, we expanded with Beyond Limits: Evolving Women, Expanding Possibilities. This was a shift from clarity to expansion. Women were challenged to move past self-imposed and external limits, step into bigger opportunities, and take action on growth areas they had been holding back on. The conversations were bolder, the connections deeper, and the outcomes more action-driven.

In 2027, we continue to build on that momentum.

This next chapter is for women and allies ready to move with intention, strengthen their voice, and create meaningful progress in their careers, businesses, and leadership.
