2027 School Choice Celebration at the Capitol

In partnership with the National School Choice Awareness Foundation, American Experiment North Dakota, Americans for Prosperity North Dakota, and EdChoice are hosting the second annual School Choice Celebration at the Capitol on January 29, 2027 from 11am-12pm to celebrate National School Choice Week.
National School Choice Week is an annual opportunity to celebrate all types of learning environments — from public schools to private schools to home schools — and the important work they are doing. We are inviting students and school leaders from across the state to join us for a fun morning of snacks, swag, a Capitol tour, and an opportunity to hear from legislators. The school with the highest attendance of students will also win a school-wide pizza party.
We would love to have students, parents, teachers, and school leadership from all across the state join us! Students had a blast last year, and we believe it’s a great educational opportunity for them. Travel reimbursement grants are available for any bus rental, gas, mileage, etc. needed to get students to and from the Capitol.
