About the 2027 Pre-Roll Symposium
The Pre-Roll Symposium brings together non-residential and multi-residential property owners, their representatives, and key members of The City's Assessment & Tax business unit for an informative morning focused on the upcoming assessment roll.
Attendees will hear updates from The City, learn about current market and valuation topics, and gain information to help navigate the 2027 Pre-Roll Consultation period. The Symposium also provides an opportunity to connect with City staff and others in the property assessment community.
The Symposium takes place on the 2nd floor of the BMO expansion. The registration check-in desk is located outside room 209.
