2027 January Mysore Season with Kino MacGregor and Tim Feldmann

Join Kino and Tim for one, two or three weeks of Mysore style morning practice at Miami Life Center.

Sincere students of all levels have asked for a place to learn and progress in the traditional method of Ashtanga Yoga practice under Kino and Tim’s guidance.

Everyone is welcome! All you need is to be familiar with Mysore Style practice, whether beginner, intermediate or advanced. We hope to bring a little bit of that Mysore magic to our home in Miami and we would love to see you on the mat!

You can practice for only one week, two weeks or three weeks— it's entirely up to you! We will have some afternoon programming to support your practice, yet that is optional.

There will be one group activity every Friday.
