Let’s go WILD at this year’s Wedding Choice Awards at Blank Park Zoo. Join us for an unforgettable celebration of Central Iowa’s incredible wedding professionals, pairing untamed energy with elevated style for a night that feels bold, sophisticated and just a little unexpected.
Surrounded by one of Des Moines’ most iconic settings, we’ll gather to celebrate the talent, creativity and dedication that make our wedding community extraordinary — and announce the winners of the 2027 Wedding Choice Awards.
This is a night created especially for our industry: a chance to trade timelines and to-do lists for cocktails, conversation and a well-deserved night out. Embrace the theme, add a touch of animal-inspired glamour or come entirely as yourself. Black tie is recommended, because even in the wild, we still like to get fancy.
*** Voting for Wedding Choice Awards will launch Oct 15, 2026, and will run until Jan. 15, 2027. Watch for more posts on voting to come this Fall. ***

General Admission Tickets include heavy hors d’oeuvres, a signature welcome cocktail, and a seat for the awards program.
V.I.P. Tables include 8 tickets, heavy hors d’oeuvres, a signature welcome cocktail for each guest, and a reserved table for the evening.
