2026 Zodiac Wall Community Installation

Please join us at on 1/24-1/25 at 1138 Grant Ave in San Francisco's Chinatown to help install the 11th Annual Zodiac Wall with the community! What started as a decorative wall art in 2016, has become a major attraction in Chinatown that fosters learning Chinese Culture.

Working together with community leaders and organizations, local merchants, and residents, this project has become an annual community event for all! This event is intended to give people the opportunity to see and participate in constructing proccess, offer community engagement, community service hours for youth, promote Chinese culture, and install the new 2026 Zodiac Wall as Chinese New Years approaches.

The wall will be constructed with over 1100 red envelopes showcasing envelopes with horse designs, New Year theme, and popular Chinese Surnames. There will also be color coded envelopes to reveal Chinese Character Design that will represent positivity for the community that is to be announced.
