What if one day could help shape your future?
Join students from across the DFW area for an inspiring day of mentorship, career exploration, leadership development, and personal growth at the 2026 Youth Empowerment Seminar (YES), hosted by the Korean American Professional Network (KAPN).
This year's theme, "Built for More," is all about helping students discover their potential, explore exciting career paths, and gain the confidence to pursue bigger goals for their future.
Throughout the day, students will hear from successful professionals, entrepreneurs, healthcare leaders, engineers, and other accomplished mentors who were once sitting where they are today. Through engaging presentations, interactive activities, and meaningful conversations, students will gain valuable insight into education, careers, leadership, and life.
Whether your student dreams of becoming a doctor, engineer, entrepreneur, lawyer, teacher—or is still figuring it all out—YES is designed to inspire, challenge, and equip them for what's next.

👥 Who Should Attend
Korean American students entering grades 9-12 who want to:
• Explore future career opportunities
• Develop leadership skills
• Build confidence and communication skills
• Connect with mentors and peers
• Be encouraged to dream bigger and aim higher
Space is limited and registration is required.
• $10 Early Bird Special if registered before July 25th
• $20 Regular Registration if registered after July 25th
Parent Attendance
YES is intentionally designed as a student-centered experience, giving students the opportunity to engage independently with mentors, speakers, and peers throughout the day. For this reason, most parents choose to drop off their students and return at the conclusion of the event. However, if you plan to attend the event at any point, please register separately so we can appropriately plan seating and lunch accommodations.
