Join us for our annual Women’s Martial Arts Camp here at LDMA! This is a great opportunity to learn from and train with female athletes from around the country. Once again you will have the opportunity to customize your training experience more than ever! On Saturday we will have all striking seminars on A-side and all BJJ seminars on B-side. Everyone can pick which seminars to attend so those who want to really deep dive on either striking or grappling can do so. Or you could mix it up and do a little of both!
The camp officially starts Friday (May 1st) at 6pm but if you are able to make it earlier feel free to hit up our 11am BJJ class or Noon kickboxing class beforehand.

The total cost of the camp is $200. This includes a camp t-shirt and dinner Saturday night. This event is open for everyone and will be beginner friendly. If you would like to register please message us directly so we can get you on the list and get your t-shirt size.
