2026 West Virginia Floodplain Managers Conference

Registration Rates

Early Bird Registration (up to May 1, 2026) – $225.00

· Includes lodging and lunch during the conference

Standard Registration (after May1, 2026) – $325.00

· Includes lodging and lunch during the conference

Last‑Minute Registration (after June 1, 2026) – $425.00

· Does not include lodging or lunch and payment must be made by check by June 16, 2026; billing is not available.

Guest Registration – $75.00 per guest

· Includes lodging with the conference attendee and lunch during the conference.

Travel, Lodging and Meals:

Travel days: travel days are planned for Monday, June 15, 2026 and Thursday, June 18, 2026.

Lodging: Lodge rooms at the State Park will be pre-arranged on a master list for all paid conference attendees prior to June 1, 2026. DO NOT call and make your own reservations.

Meals: lunch will be provided for registered guests only during the conference. You will be responsible for all other meals.

Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Kelly Banton ([email protected] ) no later than June 15, 2026, one day before the conference start date.

Approved refunds will be issued minus a $35 processing fee to cover administrative costs.

No refunds will be issued for requests received after the deadline.

Registrations may be transferred to another attendee at no additional cost until June 15, 2026. Transfer requests should be submitted to Kelly Banton ([email protected] ).
