*Estimating 3 hrs for our community gathering to enjoy a sound bath, meditate, move and create your Vision Board.

*We will have all the supplies you need to create your Vision Board. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and wear something comfy.

Location: Old Town Hall - 821 March Rd, Kanata

Corner of March Rd & Klondike Rd

Enter the parking lot when you turn left from March Rd onto Klondike Rd and the turn right into Old Town Hall parking lot.

Cost:

$44 CDN per person pd via etransfer to hold your spot to [email protected] or RSVP to hold your spot and confirm if you prefer to pay at the door.
