What can you do to bring to you what you desire? How do you even know what you want? Have you heard of the power of visualization? A tool I like to use is a vision board, a daily reminder of devotion—not just to goals, but to the journey.
When I look at my vision boards, I’m reminded of who I am. The board evolves just like a yoga practice: some things fall away, others arrive with perfect timing. The start of the year is when I like to create it as a way to review what it is that I desire now.
It is a visual request, a map of inner transformation, and a promise to keep showing up with grace. Design it with intention, use it with consistency, and it will support your transformation in measurable, tangible ways.
We will start with reviewing Feng Shui as an option for laying out your board. Feng Shui helps me figure out which categories to put where on my board. Then, I will review some optional collaging techniques.

No artistic or creative skills required. All levels of experience welcome.
