Thank you for supporting the Utah Society for Respiratory Care (USRC)! We’re excited to have you join us at the 2026 conference.

🏷️ Booth Details

• Each booth includes 2 representatives
• Additional representatives: $50 each
• Breakfast, lunch, and snacks included
• Parking for one vehicle per booth included
• Booth tables are 6 feet long

📅 Exhibitor Schedule (Friday, Oct 23)

Dedicated exhibitor breaks:

• 9:30–10:00 AM
• 12:00–12:30 PM
• 2:30–3:00 PM

• Early Bird Deadline: July 23, 2026

🗺️ Booth Selection & Assignment

• Booths are assigned based on sponsorship level and registration date
• Premium locations (high-traffic, corner, entrance areas) are available for an additional fee
• Final booth assignments will be confirmed after registration

💰 Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the conference for a refund (minus a 25% processing fee).
No refunds will be issued after this deadline.
