2026 Trade Summer Program

The Michael & Son Trade Summer Program is a one-day event that provides teens aged 17-18 with hands-on experience in HVAC or Plumbing. This hands-on camp is designed to introduce students to real-world skills, expose them to the tools and knowledge used in the trades, and help them understand the pathways to apprenticeships, certifications, and long-term careers. It’s an ideal program for students who may be considering alternatives to traditional college or who are eager to take their first step into a stable, high-demand industry.
