The Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Fort Worth and surrounding posts are proud to present the first-ever Texas & Southwest Career Transition Workshop, designed specifically for junior/senior enlisted leaders and junior officers transitioning into civilian careers.
This event is built for the military members in our own backyard who are ready to take the next step. Whether you are months from separation or already out and navigating the civilian workforce, this workshop will give you the tools, the connections, and the confidence to launch what comes next.
WHAT TO EXPECT
· Virtual prep webinars in September covering resumes, LinkedIn, and career goal definition
· Resume and LinkedIn reviews with experienced professionals from military and civilian backgrounds
· Structured 1:1 interviews with employers actively looking to hire transitioning talent
· Mentoring from professionals who have made the same transition you are facing
· Networking with companies and fellow service members across the Texas and Southwest region
