Welcome to the Zen Meditation Meetup at Chung Tai Zen Center of Sunnyvale.
In today's fast-paced world, many people are searching for greater peace, clarity, and balance. This meetup offers a welcoming space to learn and practice Zen meditation (Chan meditation), cultivate mindfulness, and explore timeless wisdom that can be applied to everyday life.
Our gatherings are inspired by the teachings and practices of Chung Tai Chan Monastery, one of the world's largest and most respected Chan (Zen) Buddhist organizations.
The Chung Tai Zen Center of Sunnyvale center is one of the branches of Chung Tai Chan Monastery in Taiwan and serves the Silicon Valley community through meditation classes, ceremonies, and educational programs.
