Looking for a family day out in Sunbury on Monday 9th March - Labour Day?The Sunbury Edible Garden Trail is a one-day event where the community can visit productive gardens around town and chat with the gardeners about how growing food at home.
Your ticket includes entry to 9 local gardens PLUS renowned horticulturist Craig Castree's talk on RegenEdible Gardening.
Private gardens, Community Gardens and a Primary School Kitchen Garden are all on show with features including backyard chickens, bees, habitat gardens, fruit trees, espalier, vegetables, wicking boxes and much more.
Kids are free and will enjoy the Garden Grubs Scavenger Hunt throughout the day with prizes.
10AM - 3PM - Gardens Open
4PM - 5:30PM - Craig Castree presents at Sunbury Neighbourhood House
Adults – $10 each (all adults enjoy concession pricing)
Children (under 18yo) FREE (must be accompanied by parent/guardian)
All attendees (including children) MUST register online and tickets are strictly limited to ensure the comfort of all Hosts and Visitors.
