2026 Summer Institute

The Lighthouse Summer Institute is a 3-day immersive training designed for individuals and organizations interested in supporting grieving children and youth through peer support programming.

Day 1 - August 11 - 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Day 2 - August 12 - 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Day 3 - August 13 - 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Participants will explore the Lighthouse peer support model, foundational grief concepts, and practical approaches to program development, facilitation, and community implementation.

Through learning, reflection, and connection, attendees will leave with tools and strategies to support bereaved children, youth, and families in their own communities.

Registration includes all 3 training days. Individual day registration is not available.

Participants are expected to attend all 3 days of training to receive a Certificate of Completion.

If you are unable to complete the full training, registration may be transferred to a future session, with credit granted for completed components.

Refund Policy:
• Cancellations up to 7 days before the training — 100% refund
• Cancellations within 7 days but more than 24 hours — 50% refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours — no refund

Registration fees may be transferred to a future training within 12 months.
