Calling all stormwater professionals, landscape architects, elected officials, resiliency specialists, and anyone passionate about the environment and green infrastructure!
Join the Rhode Island Green Infrastructure Coalition, the Stormwater Innovation Center, and the Providence Parks Department for the Eighth Annual Stormwater Innovation Expo — a day dedicated to the innovative products, practices, and partnerships shaping the design, construction, maintenance, and monitoring of green stormwater infrastructure across Rhode Island.

2026 Theme: Nature at Work – Water, Soil, Plants & Trees Protecting our Communities
When we put nature to work, we all benefit — but it takes collaboration to make it happen. This year's Expo brings together the professionals, municipalities, and businesses shaping Rhode Island's stormwater future. We'll explore how nature-based solutions can protect against flooding, improve water quality, and strengthen the landscapes we live in, while sparking the partnerships that turn these ideas into real projects on the ground.

The Rhode Island Green Infrastructure Coalition, a coalition of over 50 non-profits, businesses, and government agencies focused on managing stormwater with natural methods, has been very active in Rhode Island, focusing on projects to manage stormwater, research, and policy changes to make it easier to implement green infrastructure.
