2026 State Fair Set up/Tear down/Scribes

The three State Fair shows need to be set up, changed out and cleaned up during the 10-day run of the fair and we need some help!
About this Event

5 people are needed for each set up/change out or tear down, starting at 7 am.

Also, we need 1 person for each judging to scribe what the judge says onto the critique forms. This allows the judges to view the trees and displays without having to worry about writing also. The scribes would be needed at 9 am.

Admission into the fair will be provided.
