2026 SIOR® Chapter Leadership Luncheon
About this Event
Each year, the SIOR Leadership Luncheon brings together Atlanta’s commercial real estate leaders for a premier afternoon of insight and connection. 2026 marks the 30th anniversary of this prestigious event. This year, the Georgia Chapter of SIOR® will feature a multigenerational panel with Andrew Taylor of Taylor & Mathis, John Rooker of Rooker and J.R. Wright of Strategic Real Estate Partners, moderated by Brad Pope, SIOR of JLL, Executive Managing Director.
John Rooker, CEO, Rooker
John Rooker has led Rooker as CEO since 2011, overseeing development, construction, leasing and sales. He also serves as CEO of Atlanta Metro Studios and is active with several Atlanta-area civic and business organizations.
Andrew Taylor, Partner & President, Taylor & Mathis
Andrew Taylor joined Taylor & Mathis in 1983 and has served as President since 1995. His career includes leadership in development, marketing and operations across the company’s Georgia and Alabama portfolio.
J.R. Wright, Jr., Managing Partner, Strategic Real Estate Partners
J.R. Wright co-founded Strategic Real Estate Partners in 2019 after beginning his career in industrial real estate. He represents institutional and corporate clients in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, development and consulting.
Spanning generations of experience, these three leaders offer a unique perspective on where Atlanta’s commercial real estate industry has been, where it stands today and where it is headed next. The Georgia Chapter of SIOR® is pleased to bring them together for a special conversation at this year’s Leadership Luncheon - Built on Experience: Perspectives Shaping the Future of CRE.
