Light up the night and join us for one of Sandy Springs’ most magical evenings of the year! 🏮✨The Sandy Springs Lantern Parade returns on Saturday, May 9, bringing together families, friends, and neighbors for a glowing celebration of creativity, community, and springtime fun. As the sun sets, the park will come alive with beautifully crafted lanterns, music, and a joyful procession you won’t want to miss.
Festivities kick off at 6 p.m. with a lively Pre-Parade Party at a new location – the Sandy Springs Police Headquarters and Municipal Court Complex parking lot - featuring music, food trucks, and family-friendly activities before the parade steps off at 8:30 p.m.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own handmade lanterns or simply come enjoy the sights as hundreds of illuminated creations light the way.
