This year’s theme celebrates the essential role of nurses as leaders in patient safety and champions of high-quality, patient-centered care. The conference will explore how nurses, working in partnership with physicians, case managers, rehabilitation specialists, social workers, patient educators, and other members of the healthcare team, drive better outcomes through effective communication, care coordination, and shared accountability.
